Past Life Soul Regression (PLSR)

A gentle, guided approach to exploring past-life experiences — developed by Dr Linda Backman.

Past Life Soul Regression (PLSR) is an approach to past life exploration developed by Dr Linda Backman, a regression therapist and author who has worked in the field for several decades. The method uses guided hypnosis to help you enter a deeply relaxed state, from which images, impressions, feelings and narratives may naturally arise.

During a PLSR session, you remain aware and in control throughout. The experience is not about being 'put under' or losing consciousness — it is more like a guided daydream in which your attention turns inward and everyday distractions recede. What emerges may feel like a memory, a symbolic story or simply an impression. There is no single correct way to experience it.

People come to PLSR for many different reasons. Some are curious about recurring patterns in their relationships or emotions. Others feel drawn to a particular period in history, or have questions about their sense of purpose. Some simply arrive with an open mind and no particular agenda. You do not need to hold any spiritual belief to find the process meaningful.

PLSR sessions with Sara are conducted online via video call. This makes the approach accessible wherever you are, and many people find that being in their own familiar, private space helps them relax more easily into the experience.

Sara is qualified in Dr Linda Backman's PLSR approach and holds a certificate in this method. Her practice is informed by Backman's emphasis on gentle, non-directive exploration — allowing each person's experience to unfold in its own way, without interpretation or agenda.

PLSR is offered for personal exploration and reflection. It is not a medical or psychological treatment and does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have concerns about your mental or physical health, please speak with a qualified professional.

Whatever you are hoping to explore, Sara's approach is unhurried, warm and grounded in listening.
