General Agreement

By booking a session, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Services Provided

• Online Sessions:

  • Online sessions are conducted via Zoom. A stable internet connection, a quiet and private environment and a wired headset with a microphone positioned in front of your mouth are required. You must use a computer with a camera or a tablet, as mobile phones are not recommended for optimal session quality.

• In-Person Sessions:

  • In-person sessions are held at an agreed-upon location. Clients are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation, if necessary. If the practitioner needs to travel to you, additional charges may apply for transportation and accommodation.

Eligibility

• Clients must be 18 years or older to participate.

• By booking a session, you confirm that you are not experiencing severe mental health conditions, such as schizophrenia or dissociative identity disorder, that could impact the safety or effectiveness of the session.

Disclaimer

• Soul Searching Past Life Regressions offers services for personal insight, exploration and spiritual growth. These sessions are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.

• Our practitioners are not licensed medical or mental health professionals. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health condition, please consult a qualified professional.

Waiver of Responsibility

• By participating in a session, you acknowledge that the experience is subjective and varies from person to person.

• You agree that Soul Searching Past Life Regressions and its practitioners are not responsible for any outcomes, interpretations or decisions made based on your session.

• You accept full responsibility for your own well-being and any actions you take during or after the session

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will not be refunded.

• Rescheduling:

  • Rescheduling is permitted without penalty if requested at least 24 hours prior to your session.

Confidentiality

• All sessions are strictly confidential. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed without your explicit consent unless required by law.

Client Eligibility

• Sessions are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. 

Limitation of Liability

• Soul Searching Past Life Regressions and its practitioners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from your participation in a session.

Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.
